What AI animation tools say about series

How the animation tools are read

Each tool's own pages were read on one day, the home page and, where it pointed to one, a page about series or how the tool works. Every feature gets one reading, stored together with the sentence that supports it. As of 2026-09-25.

Does a feature go in the register?A feature goes in when the maker's own page states it; anything seen only by using the tool, or inferred from sample videos, stays out.Does the maker's own page state it?Stated on the home page or a how-it-workspageIn the registerQuoted and dated.Seen only in the app or guessed from asampleLeft outNot stated where buyers read. One check per feature

1Which tools are listed

A tool is listed when it makes animated video, cartoon, anime or 3D, and its own pages describe characters, styles or stories. Tools that make only comics or manga, with no animated video, or that announced they were closing, are left out.

2Nothing is generated

No video was made, no character tested for drift and no lip sync watched. A feature counts only when the page says it; a style counts only when the page names it.

3Style names

Several makers name styles after studios or series. The register quotes those names as the pages give them; it does not suggest the tools are connected with the studios named.

4Readings in use

Inclusion rule. Readings that at least one tool carries. Order. Features in register order.

The whole register is on the data page.

5A series pipeline, animated or not

The series side of “How tools are read” looks like this in SceneMixer's own guides:

SceneMixer turns a novel into a watchable short-drama series in one pipeline: upload the novel (Chinese or English) → AI extracts characters, scenes, and an episode-by-episode structure → generates consistent character and scene art → writes storyboard scripts → renders video segment by segment (16:9 by default, 9:16 in one setting) → composites full episodes.

SceneMixer, Turn a Novel into a Video Series with AI (read 2026-10-13)

That is SceneMixer's core design: characters live in a persistent asset library with locked reference art, and every segment that features a character is generated against those references — same face in episode 1 and episode 50.

How the register is kept. The tables, counts and rankings on this site are computed by script from the register, and every figure links to the page it was read from, with the words quoted. No maker pays to be listed or to change a place, and each ranking states its rule, written before the places were computed. Entries are not edited at a maker's request: a figure that is out of date is fixed on the maker's own page and picked up when the pages are next read, at least every three months.
