Best AI cartoon generator
AutoWeeb and SceneMixer describe all three points. Eight more tools describe two. The count reads what pages say and does not judge how alike a character looks from one shot to the next. As of 2026-09-25. The rule below was written before the places were computed, and no maker pays to be listed.
1A character you can use twice
People who search for AI cartoon characters often want one character, in a look they chose, turning up again in more than one episode. Three descriptions on a tool's own pages cover that: how the character is held steady, which styles it draws in, and whether it makes a series in episodes. Each description is a point.
- Holds a character steady: a sheet, a saved library, the same cast each episode, a canon or continuity
- Names its styles or offers style presets
- Makes a series: episodes, a season plan or a series generator
2Ways of holding a character
The first point accepts several methods: a character sheet, a saved library of characters, the same cast promised in every episode, a show's canon or continuity from scene to scene. They are different promises and the count treats them alike. Rigged 3D characters and stocks of ready-made characters are left out, since neither says the same character comes back.
3The table
Inclusion rule. Makers among the 23 in the register whose pages state at least one of the points listed above; the six with none are left out. Order. Descending by points; ties share a rank and break alphabetically.

Inclusion rule. Each row is one point from the list above, with every maker whose own pages state it, in the order of the ranking.
5A described character is not a drawn one
A page that describes a character library has not shown that the faces in it match from one clip to the next, and a series page may mean a numbered episode list or only a marketing phrase. The quotations under the table carry each tool's wording with the day it was read.
Six of the 23 tools describe none of the three and are not listed.
